In this interactive session, you will learn what human factors are and how they influence our performance at work. We explore in which ways errors occur and how they can lead to crisis situations, and why errors occur more frequently in a crisis.

We look at Crisis Resource Management principles based on a real example from commercial aviation and draw parallels to Intensive Care.

In this session, we dive deep into theoretical and practical aspects of CRM. How can we use CRM principles to help us to prevent and manage a crisis?

Scenario Intensive Care Crisis

In this immersive ICU scenario, you will have the opportunity to put the learnings from the CRM sessions into action. A combination of coaching and post-event debriefing will ensure that you always feel safe and can maximise your learning. We will set you up for success, not for failure.
